Policies and Procedures
Our policies and procedures help us to ensure that the service we provide is of exceptional quality, and that being a member of our nursery is an enjoyable experience for each child and their parents/carers.
The staff and management committee work together to adopt the policies and procedures and all have an opportunity to take part in the annual review to ensure the nursery maintains a quality service for its its members and the community.
Policies and Procedures in place are as follows
Safeguarding Children - Safeguarding children and child protection; Looked after children; Confidentiality and client access to records; Information sharing; Uncollected child; Missing child; Supervision of children on outings and visits; Maintaining childrens' safety and security on the premises; Making a complaint; Use of images; No mobile phones

Promoting Health & Hygiene - Animals in the setting; Administering medicines; Managing children with allergies, or who are sick or infectious; Nappy changing; No-smoking; Food and drink; First aid; Outside play
